Project Completion

After 2 years of preliminary planning, 1 year of design , and 66 weeks of construction, the Harrisburg Water Reclamation Facility is constructed, meeting the water quality requirements, and discharging treated water to the Big Sioux River! All parties involved should be very proud of the hard work that was put in to bring this project to fruition. Henry Carlson Construction and PKG Contracting did a fantastic job of turning Stockwell Engineers' design into reality. The City of Harrisburg should also be proud of the insight, direction, and leadership that they provided throughout the nearly 4.5 year process.
