Construction Set to Begin

In only 14 months Harrisburg will be the proud new owner of a water reclamation facility. The project design and bidding has been completed and set for construction. Work is set to begin early next week and will start with site grading and building excavation. The creation of the driveway approach and access road will be part of this work as well. The depth of the building excavations will vary from 5 to 20 feet deep. On the west side of the site will be the equalization basin which consists of a 7 feet deep pond with a berm and access road along its edge. You will begin to see more and more equipment and materials arriving onsite.
