Ryan is a versatile team member with a broad knowledge of water and wastewater. His primary experience is in developing water and wastewater facility planning documents. This includes evaluating current and future needs, determining solution alternatives, project cost estimating as well as life cycle cost comparisons to provide a final list of recommended capital improvements. 

He also has experience in user rate analysis to determine funding for proposed projects. He has experience in developing plans and specifications for water treatment plant improvements, municipal wells, wastewater treatment facilities and lift stations as well as experience with hydraulic and hydrologic evaluations and modeling. He is currently pursuing his professional engineering license.
