Harrisburg Waste Water Treatment Facility - Harrisburg, SD

A 1.0 MGD biological treatment facility. The facility will consist of a pretreatment building, a biological treatment facility including final disinfection and aeration, an operations building and an open air biosolids storage facility. This is partnership between HCC and PKG Contracting, Inc. 

 

Minnehaha County Jail - Sioux Falls, SD

$41.32 Million | June 2020

Expansion to the existing county jail in Sioux Falls, SD. The project includes a new 320 bed jail tower addition to the existing jail. Henry Carlson Construction and JE Dunn Construction are building the project together as a joint venture.

 

Great Shots - Sioux Falls, SD

$13.0 Million | November 2019

A state-of-the-art golf entertainment center at the Sanford Sports Complex in northwest Sioux Falls. The 55,000-square foot facility will include a year-round interactive driving range with 60 bays, the Sanford POWER Golf Academy, two restaurants and bar spaces. Several different conference rooms can host parties and meetings, equipped with video technology.

 

SDSU Stanley J. Marshall Center Renovation and Addition Ph. 2 - Brookings, SD

SDSU plans to construct an addition linking the Stanley J. Marshall Center to the Practice Facility, construct a wrestling practice addition to the Stanley J. Marshall Center, and to renovate the Stanley J. Marshall Center including Frost Arena. 

 

Washington Square - Sioux Falls, SD

The mixed-use building is eight stories, has three levels of on-site parking that includes 57 underground parking stalls, two commercial/retail spaces, one level of office space, 22 luxury condominiums and a rooftop owner’s terrace. 

 

Sanford Clinic and Summit League Office - Sioux Falls, SD

This two story-building project consists of a two immediate tenants. The first, on the upper level will be the Summit League. The lower level consist of a Sanford clinic that will have a multi-disciplinary function, combining orthopedics and acute care.

 

Spink County Law Enforcement Center - Redfield, SD

$2.2 Million |October 2019

The Spink County Law Enforcement Center totals 7,810 square feet. The facility is located on the southwest corner of the existing courthouse and has space for sheriff and deputy offices, emergency management, a 911 call center and dispatch, interview and observation rooms, two holding cells, protective cell, conference room, storage and file rooms with an additional 1,460 square feet of space in the Sally Port. 

 

Faulkton School Addition and Remodel - Faulkton, SD
