Russ has extensive experience in multiple aspects of the water and wastewater treatment industry including conventional and advanced drinking water and wastewater treatment, storage, piping, pumping, distribution, and collection systems.  He has provided detailed services in master planning and facility plan reports, preliminary and final designs, construction observation and administration and surveying.  

 

Past experience includes all aspects of specific treatment systems including intakes/wells, pretreatment, clarification, lime softening, filtration, membrane systems, storage/pumping, lagoons, lift stations, aeration systems, mechanical and biological treatment, electrical systems, mechanical systems and control/SCADA systems.  

 

For the City of Harrisburg project, Russ will be a key asset during the preconstruction phase, will provide quality management throughout the project and will work with you during the commissioning process.
